student: Hello,good morning.I'm a student UKM.Can I speak with the manager of UKM transportation unit?

student: Actually, I want to complain about the attitude of bus driver.

student: A few days ago, I took the UKM feeder bus to go to the commuter station. The bus driver was rude,yelling at the students and saying negative words to us when we are not queuing to get the bus.
I'm so angry about the matter.

student: He is a malay.I think he is about 30 years old above.He is not friendly and always show the angry face.That all.
